Miley Cyrus is once again showing her support for the #FreeBritney movement.

During the grand opening celebration of Resorts World Las Vegas on Sunday (July 4), Cyrus took the stage at the new casino-resort’s Ayu Dayclub and gave a fiery performance of her hit song “Party in the U.S.A.” Midway through the track, the 28-year-old pop star altered the lyrics to give a shout-out to Spears, who recently made a rare court appearance to explicitly address her desire to end her “abusive” conservatorship.

“The taxi man turned on the radio, he turned to me and said, ‘free Britney, free Britney!” Cyrus cried out to the Vegas audience, TMZ reports.

In track’s original lyrics, Cyrus sings that “a Jay-Z song was on” the radio. “We love Jay-Z, but we got to free this b—-. It’s stressing me the f— out!” Cyrus told the crowd.

“Party in the U.S.A.” peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2009.

This isn’t the first time Miley has showed her support for Britney. During her TikTok Tailgate Super Bowl pre-game concert in February, Cyrus shouted, “We love Britney,” while performing “Party in the U.S.A.” Cyrus’ Super Bowl show arrived near the premiere date of Framing Britney Spears, the harrowing hour-long documentary that chronicles the singer’s turbulent rise to fame and long-running conservatorship.
