X Ambassadors won’t let toxic relationships (or anything else, for that matter) push them down for long, as depicted in their new video for “Boom.”

In the two-minute long video, the rock-pop trio perform the sleek tune, wearing outfits that resemble construction site safety uniforms.

As frontman Sam Harris sings the catchy break-up lyrics, “My feet go boom, boom, boom/ High speed go zoom, zoom, zoom,” an overhead light falls on his head, knocking him out. The incident doesn’t keep Harris down too long, though, as he picks himself up and continues to perform even with a bleeding temple.

“Boom,” produced by Ricky Reed, will appear on the band’s forthcoming sophomore album, which is due out later this year. The song is climbing the Alternative Songs chart, reaching No. 36 thus far (chart dated March 23).
