Miley Cyrus took to social media on Monday (July 6) to share an adorable backyard dance with boyfriend Cody Simpson.
“If we can’t get back to work….. let’s get back to WERK,” she captioned the TikTok set to C+C Music Factory’s 1990 classic “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now).” In the clip, the pop star wears a royal blue string bikini, while her Aussie boyfriend performs the choreography shirtless in just a pair of shorts and Emporio Armani underwear.
While she’s not dancing, Cyrus has managed to stay busy in quarantine — launching her Instagram Live talk show Bright Minded, directing the music video for Simpson’s “Captain’s Dance with the Devil” and even revealing she’s now six months sober.
The adorable TikTok video also arrives on the heels of the singer posting a clip from the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival on the Fourth of July, declaring, “It’s not a party in the U.S.A. if we don’t have equality, unity, justice, compassion, kindness, opportunity, healthcare, education, non-violence! So f–k yeah, it will be a party in the U.S.A. We’ll see it! And if we all f–kin’ come together, we’ll make f–kin’ sure that it is. ‘Cause I’m not giving up. We can’t stop, all right?” before launching into her 2009 hit anthem “Party in the U.S.A.”
