Remember going out to the bars with your friends and grabbing some greasy late-night food, before wandering the midnight streets and trying to figure out your messy life until the sun comes up? Yeah, we don’t either. But Dua Lipa and Belgian pop star Angèle are reminding us of the good ol’ days with their new “Fever” video.
The visual opens with the pair opting to walk the rainy night off, dancing through the empty streets and grabbing some munchies as their fellow night owls break into a spontaneous groove all around them at the food truck.
Midway, Lipa shares the news that her dog Dexter needs to be neutered for no apparent reason before the two a.m. stroll continues and they get yelled at by a neighbor for being too loud. The morning ends with a sweaty apartment dance party and an a cappella run through the chorus as the sun comes up.
The song will appear on the upcoming French version of Dua’s Future Nostalgia, due out on Nov. 20.
