While most of us can’t listen to Steve Aoki and BTS’ collaboration “The Truth Untold” without breaking down in tears, Los Angeles-based pianist Tony Ann just rocked a piano cover so impressive, Aoki had to tweet his props.
Seriously, you might need to sit down before you watch this. These right-handed runs are brain-numbing, and Tony Ann makes it looks easy as rain over a waterfall. He could probably nap and still pull this off. It’s an energetic take, much livelier than the sparse piano of the original. When you get to the 55-second mark, brace your jaw for impact with the floor.
