Rihanna is “just here to help” usher in the new Biden-Harris administration on Inauguration Day (Jan. 20) with a little clean-up following Donald Trump’s exit.
In a new Twitter photo, Rihanna holds two trash bags in each hand while wearing an “End Racism” tee, black leather gloves, sheer black tights and magenta peep-toe pumps to signal the clean-up happening after the Trump presidency.
“I’m just here to help. #wediditJoe,” she captioned her picture, referencing Vice President Kamala Harris’ phone call heard ’round the world when she announced to Biden that he was going to be the next president of the United States.
Rihanna hasn’t shied away from displaying her distaste for Trump through art, like the time she tagged “F— TRUMP” in a series of colorful graffiti shots last summer. The Fenty Beauty mogul also demanded that he stop playing her music at his rallies — regardless of the song title.
“Me nor my people would ever be at or around one of those tragic rallies,” she tweeted to political analyst Philip Rucker, The Washington Post’s White House bureau chief, who reported on a Chattanooga, Tenn., rally blaring her 2007 hit single “Don’t Stop the Music.”
The ANTI artist sang Biden and Harris’ praises, on the other hand, after Biden gave his victory speech and first address as president-elect back in November.
“The faces of history makers, boundary breakers, and WINNERS!! CONGRATULATIONS to you both, and mostly to the American people!! So much work to do, so much hurt to undo! Let’s GO!” she wrote on Twitter with a picture of the two clasping each other’s hands.
