At the end of the video, Ray J pointed at the camera and yelled, “F*** you!!!” This incident follows a confrontation weeks earlier, where Ray almost got into a physical altercation with Diddy’s sons – Christian, Quincy, and Justin – outside a Halloween event in Los Angeles. Sources informed TMZ that the sons were upset over Ray’s comments about their father’s legal issues. Chris Brown and Ray’s manager, David Weintraub, stepped in to defuse the situation. It remains unclear if this recent shooting is connected to that altercation, though legal documents suggest that Diddy has a history of making threats and seeking retribution.
Ray J also recently appeared on Jamal Bryant’s podcast, where he opened up about his struggles with suicidal thoughts and past suicide attempts. He discussed the emotional, mental, and professional toll of his infamous sex tape with his ex, Kim Kardashian.
Speaking about his suicide attempt, Ray recalled, “I was hanging off the roof of the hotel in Cancun. I climbed off the roof, and I went off to the side of the roof, and I just laid down,” describing the moment. “I climbed over and I laid, and I went to sleep, and I said, ‘If I fall off, then it was meant to be.’”
He continued, “So, I went to sleep for about two and a half hours, and then the hotel caught me, and then we went through all of this stuff, and then I had to go do these tests. But at that moment, it was like, ‘Yo, you wanna make your family proud, but you’re living a lie.’”
