Sometimes P!nk swings from the rafters, but there are nights when she just wants to stand at the mic stand and rock it out old-school style. The singer brought her rocking new song “Hustle” to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday night (May 1) and lit up the stage with the song’s infectious energy and swing as her nine-piece band amped things up with hand claps, horn blasts and thumping bass.
“I live my life like a bullet in a gun/ Give you all my love ’til my patience is done/ On no, don’t try to hustle me,” the singer sang with a tinge of menace as she bopped in place dressed like a future pirate in billowy red pants, a white vest/shirt and a tailored black overcoat.
The song is from the singer’s recently released eighth studio album, Hurts 2 B Human.
