Grab your passports, Marshmello fans: Your favorite candy-coated DJ is taking you to Egypt on Tuesday, but you won’t have to deal with any jet lag.
The masked musician’s long-teased single with Middle Eastern superstar Amr Diab is finally on its way. “Bayen Habeit,” or “In Love,” will be out in less than 24 hours, and it already sounds delicious. A short clip was teased on social media. Diab sounds dreamy over a Mideast R&B groove, but that building tension promises to resolve in a super-catchy Marshmello hook.
Marshmello seems pretty hyped about the opportunity. He said it was an “honor” to work with Diab, just as he promised to “do it for the culture.” Check the teaser in his tweet below, and look out for “Bayen Habeit” on Tuesday.
