Lady Gaga celebrated her Golden Globes win on Sunday night (Jan. 6) with an elegant picture featuring the fellow songwriters who helped get her to the stage at the awards show, while showering praise on her co-star/director.
“I am so grateful to Bradley for this opportunity, and for singing this beautiful song with me,” she wrote about co-star Bradley Cooper. Her message captions a black and white photo in which she cradles her award alongside the song’s other writers, Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt and Anthony Rossomando.
“Me, @iammarkronson, @antmundo and @wyattish are floored by this win,” she continued. “Just a couple of kids that love making music, and we got to do it for this breathtaking film. We love our fans so much! Thank you for believing in us. And thank you to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association! #AStarIsBorn.”
Though the “Shallow” honor was Gaga’s second Globe win — she won a best actress in a miniseries or television film for American Horror Story: Hotel in 2016 — A Star is Born was shut out of the other major categories at Sunday’s show, walking home empty handed in the best actor and actress race, as well as in best motion picture — drama.
