Kelly Clarkson’s latest Kellyoke cover will be sure to get you off your feet, as she performed Erasure’s dance-worthy anthem “Always” on Tuesday (Feb. 23).

While being showered with yellow and blue disco lights, Clarkson delivered the bridge of “Always” with gusto, singing, “When it’s cold outside/ Am I here in vain?/ Hold on to the night/ There will be no shame.”

“Always” was the first single from the British duo’s sixth studio album I Say I Say I Say from 1994. The synth-pop ballad became their third top 20 song on the Billboard Hot 100.

She previously gave Erasure “A Little Respect” when she performed their 1988 dance pop classic in November.

The Grammy-winning singer has been on a disco/synth-pop/new wave kick lately with her Kellyoke segments, which have covered ’80s and ’90s classics such as “Lovefool” by The Cardigans, “Only You” by Yazoo, “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper, and “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” by Kylie Minogue.
