Justin Bieber and benny blanco bare it all in the acoustic video for “Lonely,” which came out Tuesday (Oct. 27).
Blanco plays on a Wurlitzer electronic piano for the stirring ballad, with Bieber singing the emotional lyrics in a sparse recording studio.
Bieber performed the acoustic version of his latest single on Saturday Night Live two weeks ago, with Blanco playing the piano on the side of a dimly lit stage. Earlier that evening, he brought out Chance the Rapper for a live rendition of their “Holy” collaboration.
“Lonely” debuts at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week (chart dated Oct. 31).
