“If you finish this song today, you can take a bath, read a book, go on a walk, go out to dinner or maybe you can go to the studio and see what those bozos are doing today,” Hayley Williams tells herself in the playful new lyric video for her Petals for Armor fan favorite “Sugar On The Rim.”
The clip, which dropped on Tuesday (June 30), finds the singer working hard in the studio, compared to a chill day at home in bed, eating mango sorbet, reading the song’s lyrics on her laptop and napping under a leopard print blanket.
Petals for Armor, released in May, marked Williams’ solo debut and peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 albums chart dated May 22.
