Halsey offered her fans an intimate look into her life nearly four weeks after giving birth to her and Alev Aydin’s first child, Ender.
On Sunday (Aug. 8), the 26-year-old singer showed cozy photos of the family of three, including a tie-dye shirt-wearing Ender swaddled in a blanket and being kissed by Aydin in a different matching tie-dye ensemble. Halsey also showed off her baby’s rainbow-themed nursery and the stretch marks right above the artist’s “Baby” tattoo on her lower abdomen.
“Well….this is what it look like,” they captioned the photo series with a teddy bear emoji.
The pop star gave birth to Ender on July 14. When they announced their pregnancy in late January, they wore a rainbow crochet crop top that served as a subtle reminder of their previous pregnancy loss, with the expected child being a “rainbow baby.” She opened up about suffering a miscarriage onstage before she even had time to fully process she was pregnant in a 2018 interview on The Doctors.
The “Without Me” hitmaker also shared that she was battling endometriosis, which can cause infertility, and she underwent surgery for it in 2017. In February, they proudly showed off their scars on their lower abdomen from the surgery on their Instagram Story. “The scars that got me this angel,” they wrote, adding the hashtag #endowarrior.
