Halsey paid tribute to Juice WRLD during her set overnight in Brooklyn.

Performing at the Pandora Live concert in Brooklyn, Halsey dedicated her global hit “Without Me” to her friend and collaborator Juice WRLD (real name Jarad Higgens), who died Sunday (Dec. 8) aged 21.

Juice featured on the remix of “Without Me,” which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year. “Life is short, we should appreciate every single moment that we have together,” Halsey told the audience at Avant Gardner.

Halsey also live debuted her song “Finally // beautiful stranger” and performed “Clementine,” both lifted from the pop artist’s forthcoming album Manic, due for release Jan. 17, 2020.

Earlier this week, Halsey remembered Juice with a photo and reflection posted to social media. “Sweet boy. The fastest brain in the game. Your creativity, endless. Immortal. Rest in power. I can’t even explain the sadness,” reads her message, capturing a photo of the pair enjoying a light moment.
