Ed Sheeran says he’s “dying” to collaborate with “loads of people,” and that includes Drake.

“I feel like at some point, me and Drake need to do something, I feel like that has to happen at some point,” he tells Entertainment Weekly in an Aug. 28 interview.

Sheeran also says that he’s drawing inspiration from the rapper for the future followup to his album ÷. “I kind of learned from looking at how Drake does it,” he says. “Drake puts out these albums that are huge but then in between he sticks out projects and however big the project is, it doesn’t really matter because it’s not the album, if that makes sense. It just clears the air for the next album.”

Meanwhile, with another year to go on his world tour, a documentary coming out, and new music to work on, Sheeran expresses in a video interview with BBC that after he finishes his world tour in September 2019, he plans to take time off and work on other things. He even says he’s interested in being a part of a musical like The Lion King, Hamilton, or Once.
