New Zealand indie pop sensation Benee takes a stroll through the “Night Garden,” her followup to the global hit “Supalonely.”

The new tune features U.K. newcomer Bakar and was cut with producer Kenny Beats at his Los Angeles studio The Cave in late 2019, just ahead of the global pandemic.

On it, she sings, “In the night garden things are out there creeping/ They get into my dreams then befriend all my demons.”

“Supalonely” featuring Gus Dapperton has blasted past 1.3 billion streams across all platforms to-date. The 20-year-old showcased her breakthrough song on U.S. with recent performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Ellen Show.

The Kiwi singer, who hails from Auckland, is Apple Music’s newest Up Next artist, the streaming music giant’s monthly artist initiative aimed at identifying, showcasing and elevating rising talent.
