'Back by Popular Demand': See Dua Lipa's New (Old) 'Do

Quarantine isn’t over, but Dua Lipa’s hair experiments are.

“Back by popular demand,” she wrote on social media Thursday (July 16) with a series of photos showing off her natural brown color again. She previously asked both her Instagram and Twitter followers, “Should I bring her back?” while posting a dark-haired throwback photo.

In the last few months, the Future Nostalgia singer has gone through different colors of the rainbow, from pink streaks (courtesy of her boyfriend Anwar Hadid) to “orangina quarantina” bangs, to a strawberry swirl top, to a cherry red layer. “The brighter the hair the closer to god,” she teased on Instagram last month.

And before then, her sophomore album promo run featured her statement half-blond, half-brown hairstyle, which Lipa rocked everywhere from the album cover to magazine features to at-home performances. Now, it looks like the pop singer is going back to the basics.
