Ariana Grande is ready to tie the knot! Grande, 27, and new boyfriend Dalton Gomez are engaged, as confirmed by E! News. Sources close to the “thank u, next” singer confirmed the news to the outlet on Sunday. The feeling in the couple’s families is said to be “happy,” and the pair is excited” about taking the next step.
“It’s a happy time. Everyone is happy, families are happy,” the insider shares. “They could not be more excited.” The confirmation comes just after Grande implied the change in relationship status on Sunday when she shared a gallery of photos featuring Gomez and a sizable ring on her finger.

The engagement buzz was further stoked due to her captioning the images “forever n then some.” In less than 50 minutes, the Instagram photos had already garnered more than 3 million likes.
The couple was first linked in March when reports revealed they had been dating a few months. They then appeared in the music video for Grande’s collaboration with Justin Bieber, “Stuck With U,” released in May. Despite all the craziness of 2020, the pair seemed to be going strong into the fall.
“Ariana is still madly in love with Dalton and is head over heels,” a source told E! News in October. “It’s a very healthy relationship. They love to be ‘normal’ and Ari loves that he is very down to earth. He balances her out from the crazy industry she is in. They spend a lot of time hanging out at her house being low-key.”

This is Grande’s second engagement. She became engaged to Saturday Night Live actor Pete Davidson in June 2018, but the couple broke up in October of that year. There is no word on when the singer and Gomez will tie the knot, as of press time.
