It’s no secret that Taylor Swift’s generosity knows no bounds, and that giving nature is especially present when it comes to her friends.
A number of the “Cardigan” singer’s famous pals welcomed new additions to their families over the past few years, and Swift has become known for sending sweet baby gifts — from hand-sewn blankets to charitable donations.

Gigi Hadid & Zayn
The couple got not one, but two gifts from the “Willow” singer following the birth of their daughter Khai in September. “Auntie” Swift sewed the bundle of joy a soft pink blanket — which Hadid showed off via her Instagram Stories — and the supermodel revealed a second gift during her Vogue cover story.
“It’s misshapen, and she called it Ugly Bear,” Hadid said of the handmade teddy bear sent by Swift, which the singer sewed from one of her old dresses. “She had one when she was little,” she explained.
Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom
“Miss Daisy Dove adores her hand embroidered blankie from miss @taylorswift,” Perry wrote alongside a post featuring the hand-written note from Swift and an image of the blanket, which has “Baby Bloom” and a rose embroidered in the bottom right corner, with 2020 in the opposite corner and some yellow stars right across.
“Hope it’s one she drags around for years till it becomes an unrecognizable shred that she keeps in her pocket as a teenager,” Perry continued.
Perry also gushed about the gift on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Feb. 8. “It was amazing, it was very, very thoughtful… she’s very sweet,” she said.
Jaime King
In December 2020, the Hart of Dixie actress revealed that her now-one-year-old son Leo Thames underwent “a major heart surgery,” and in celebration of her godson’s first birthday, Swift made a tribute gift donation to Cedars-Sinai.
“Dear all- at 20 weeks our son was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries AKA TGA. He had a major heart surgery, that was terrifying, and traumatic for us as parents, for our family,” King shared on Instagram alongside a letter from Cedars-Sinai. “Only a few of our best friends knew. I felt that I had to protect him in fear of the unknown, fear he would not make it. We felt isolated & confused.”

As the Godmother of Leo Thames for his birthday she gave an incredible donation to the people that saved his life Dr. Allistar Phillips and his brilliant team,” the caption continued. “It made us realize that silence cannot connect other parents & people going through these issues. TS knew that by giving back in this way would be the greatest gift one could give to us, to Leo Thames and to all of those with congenital heart issues. She came to the ICU to comfort us, to hold and bond with him with such grace & strength. Our gift back is to share our story that anyone that is going through this is not alone, we understand & want to stand up to bring awareness in the greatest way possible.”
Joe Jonas
“Cold was the steel of my axe to grind/ For the boys who broke my heart/ Now I send their babies presents,” Swift sings in her Folklore track, “Invisible String.”
Fans immediately speculated that she was referring to Joe Jonas, as the two briefly dated back in 2008. Jonas and Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner welcomed their first child together in late July 2020. The couple’s new baby daughter is named Willa.
