Avicii’s “Without You” received a proper live tribute from Gareth Emery and Emma Hewitt at Emery’s Laserface Las Vegas show at The Pearl Theatre on Oct. 5. The performance has since been uploaded to Emery’s YouTube page, where it captures the special cover from all angles.
The trance producer and DJ said the following of Avicii on Friday (Nov. 9):
Avicii was such a huge influence on me, I wanted to do something on the Laserface tour in tribute.
Playing a track or two didn’t quite feel enough, so instead @emhewitt and I did this acoustic version of one of his final hits ‘Without You’.
