Chloe Fineman admits that her impression of Harry Styles still needs improvement.

During a conversation with Chicken Shop Date host Amelia Dimoldenberg at the Saturday Night Live 50th anniversary special on Sunday, Fineman confessed that her impersonation of the Grammy-winning British singer is “really bad.”

Initially, Fineman began impersonating Dimoldenberg, who is also from England. Dimoldenberg jokingly responded, “It’s like I’m looking in the mirror right now,” before asking, “Is there an impersonation you can’t do?”

“Obviously you right now,” Fineman responded humorously before admitting, “Harry Styles is really bad.” She then recalled performing the impression when Styles was a guest on SNL.

“I did it, and he was sitting at the table and was so devastated by how bad it was,” Fineman shared, before attempting her best British accent, “Anyway, I’m Harry Styles, anyway.”

“Sorry, is Harry in the room right now?” Dimoldenberg teased.

Harry Styles, who previously hosted SNL in 2019 and performed as a musical guest multiple times, wasn’t at the anniversary event. Fineman didn’t specify which sketch the impersonation was for, as she and Styles have never been in the same live SNL skit together.

Fineman was one of many current and former SNL cast members, along with numerous A-list celebrities, who attended the SNL50 celebration. Although Styles wasn’t present at the anniversary show, several other artists, including Sabrina Carpenter, Paul Simon, Miley Cyrus, Brittany Howard, Lil Wayne, The Roots, and Paul McCartney, made appearances.

More artists also performed during the SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert at Radio City Music Hall on Friday, such as Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Jelly Roll, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Backstreet Boys, and Arcade Fire, among others.
